Are you constantly on high alert because there are red flags everywhere? Or did you recently say something wrong and were flagged yourself?

Are red flags useful warning signs, or do they mark the barriers that divide society? A bit of both, probably. With the herbst education programs, we sort through these issues, learn to read the signals, and tear down what divides us.
